MAKING A RESERVATION
After confirming your itinerary or service, we will send you an invoice. A deposit or full payment is required to secure your reservation. No tour or service will be reserved until the deposit is received according to the invoice and payment conditions.
Please provide accurate booking information and check dates, names, and itinerary details. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.
A non-refundable CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT is required at the time of booking. This amount varies depending on the tour or service and is used to pay for services in advance to ensure quality and availability.
If the balance is not paid by the deadline, your booking may be cancelled without notice and you will forfeit your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel any tour or decline any participant.
Once we receive your deposit, your booking will be fully confirmed and we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. Cancellation policy and payment conditions are specified in the confirmed itinerary and invoice.
PRICING
The prices for our trips and services are provided in a written proposal before your booking is confirmed.
All prices are quoted in EURO and include taxes, fees, charges, and other costs where applicable.
If any local taxes, fees or additional costs must be paid on-site, they will be specified in the itinerary and confirmation at the time of booking.

PAYMENTS
Payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice and you are responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees. We accept payment by bank transfer, debit or credit card. A booking is not confirmed until we receive cleared funds.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club credit cards. All card payments are securely encrypted using SSL. You can pay directly through the invoice or via a link we send by email. Credit card payments in any currency incur a 3,4% transaction fee on the total amount.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
Our cancellation policy is specified in each confirmation invoice you receive after your reservation is confirmed. Cancellation fees apply if you cancel your tour for any reason, including medical or personal reasons.
- An administration charge of €100 applies to all cancellations.
- A 10% penalty applies to cancellations made after confirmation.
- A 100% penalty applies to cancellations made within 30 days of arrival for standard bookings or within 60 days of arrival for bookings with special conditions.
- A 100% penalty also applies to non-refundable rates, no-shows, and early departures.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is a requirement of booking that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover you before, during, and after your trip. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by you or any member of your party due to insufficient or inappropriate travel insurance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We may make changes or modifications to your proposed trip at any time and will notify you of any changes that affect your booking before issuing a confirmation. If changes are necessary after your booking is confirmed, we will inform you of minor changes.
If circumstances beyond our control require significant changes to services included in your trip or prevent us from fulfilling special requirements specified in your booking confirmation, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may accept the changes or cancel your booking without paying a cancellation fee. If you choose to cancel, we may offer a substitute package. If a service is not provided as confirmed, we will provide an alternative or a full refund.
We are not liable for delays or expenses and are not responsible for losses or additional expenses due to accidents, delays, weather, strikes, or other causes beyond our control. Travelers must have a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining from the arrival date. We are not responsible for expenses if a passenger is refused entry by any country.
We are not liable if a passenger withdraws during the tour and reserve the right to modify the itinerary or substitute hotels if necessary. Unused services during the trip are non-refundable.
Guests are responsible for checking the trip itinerary, inclusions, conditions, and confirmation and for providing accurate information for booking. Guests are responsible for their behavior and must follow the rules of the host country.
We will provide assistance if you encounter difficulties during your trip.
INFORMATION AND SPECIAL REQUESTS
Please provide us with all necessary information to ensure a comfortable and smooth trip. Your satisfaction is our priority. General information is included in the voucher and trip program.
If you have any special requests, such as specific services, dietary requirements, room preferences, health conditions or disabilities, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs with our suppliers. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled and are not liable for any loss if they are not.
COMPLAINTS
If you experience any issues during your trip, please inform us or the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotel) immediately so we can address the situation. If your complaint is not resolved locally, contact us to make alternative arrangements if necessary. If the issue remains unresolved upon your return, please write to us within 28 days. We will investigate and rectify your complaint in a timely manner.
